Crossroads:
Netanyahu and Obama
in Major End Times Cluster
Are Benjamin Netanyahu, the current Prime Minister of Israel, and Barack Obama, the current President of the United States, poised at the crossroads of history in the Middle East? It was brought to our attention by one of our subscribers, who prefers to remain anonymous, that their names intersect in Ezekiel 38:3, considered by many to be an End Times Scripture.
And say: 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I am against you, O Gog, chief prince of Meshech and Tubal.' (NIV)
 So, we decided to confirm whether or not the codes did indeed intersect in Ezekiel 38:3, whether those codes had any extensions, and whether searches for Netanyahu and Obama that pass through Ezekiel 37-40 would result in any additional findings. Nathan Jacobi, Ph.D., parsed and translated the codes.

Foretelling the Future and Points of View
We do not believe that Bible codes were intended to be used as a basis for foretelling the future. Any comments about the codes in this article that we say may refer to the End Times are simply our opinions. God reserves the future for Himself because He desires mankind to trust Him concerning the unknown. The Bible clearly forbids attempting to foretell the future. (Deuteronomy 18:20)
In addition, many of the codes presented in this article appear to be somewhat negative regarding Netanyahu. As we have stated before and have reiterated in this digest, we believe that codes express various points of view and are not necessarily statements of fact or truth. While many consider Netanyahu a fine statesman, there are people who have opposite opinions about him. Many of the codes in this article may be from that point of view.
End Times Crossroads
We were able to confirm that Netanyahu (1 and 3) cross Obama (2.1) in Ezekiel 38:3, and that Netanyahu (3) and Obama (2.1) did result in extensions. Here are the two codes:
Netanyahu (3)
He will have been stricken yesterday evening for the killing.
Netanyahu has measured it across three fields.
Obama (2.1)
Was it again ascertained that Obama is also in their midst?
In looking at these codes, two questions come to mind. Since they intersect, do the meanings of the codes intersect as well? Also, what bearing does the context of the surface text have on the meaning of these codes?
Regarding the meaning of Netanyahu (3), he will have been stricken yesterday evening for the killing could refer to an illness or judgment striking someone who is responsible for the killing of a person or group of people. Has measured it across three fields could refer to the heated issue of land between Israel and the Palestinians. Will Netanyahu be measuring out the land? The disputed land consists of three parts: The Gaza Strip, the West Bank outside of Jerusalem, and the Arab part of Jerusalem. Alternatively, the West Bank by itself consists of three areas defined by the following chart:

Was it again ascertained that Obama is also in their midst? may refer to a meeting of heads of state over the issue of land.
If the meaning of these two codes intersects, they paint the picture of a chaotic situation. Perhaps there could be some sort of a tribunal held to determine the issues surrounding a massacre. The person or persons responsible come under judgment for the killing, and Netanyahu then has to measure out or give over the land. In addition, there is confusion over whether Obama was present or not. If the president were missing, it would put America on a high-alert status, perhaps poised to go to war.
In Ezekiel 38, Gog and its allies attack Israel. In verse three, God states, "I am against you, O Gog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech and Tubal." (NKJV) In chapter 39, Gog's armies are destroyed. Efforts to pin down the literal personage or country referred to by Gog have not resulted in a single generally accepted conclusion.1 We will for our purposes then define Gog as a symbol of evil whose purpose is to destroy Israel. So, if the context of the intersection of these codes has anything to do with their interpretation, then we are looking at Netanyahu and Obama as possible players on the stage leading to or during the time of Gog attacking Israel.
Netanyahu
We expanded our search area to look for Netanyahu codes in Ezekiel 37-40, a section of Scripture that BCD has previously found significant clusters of codes in. (See Major Clusters.) Six of the 10 shortest findings of Netanyahu in this section of Scripture resulted in extended codes.
Netanyahu (2)
Netanyahu, exempt the evil of my guilt,
to which you are island and ocean, Babylon,
where there is plenty of shadows.
This code does not touch down in Ezekiel 38, but passes through Ezekiel 40-42, chapters dealing with temple worship being resumed in Israel before the final judgment of God. Exempt the evil of my guilt could refer to the resumption of sacrificing animals for the cleansing of sin. The location of ancient Babylon is in modern-day Iraq. Shadows like darkness could refer to evil. Perhaps this code is a call to Netanyahu to resume sacrifices and guard against Iraq.
Netanyahu (4)
Look at Netanyahu. His inside is a tyrant.
The language in this code is rather disparaging about Netanyahu. From an Israeli point of view, even his detractors might not go so far as to call him a tyrant, but this code may be from an extremist Palestinian viewpoint.
This code passes through Ezekiel 35-39, and specifically passes through the section of text that talks about the judgment of Gog in chapter 38, verse 20:
The fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the beasts of the field, every creature that moves along the ground, and all the people on the face of the earth will tremble at my presence. The mountains will be overturned, the cliffs will crumble and every wall will fall to the ground. (NIV)
Netanyahu (5)
Know the Lord's light my father has toured.
It is easy when he supported.
Netanyahu has wiped out the foundation of the father.
This code passes through Ezekiel 36-41, and specifically in 38:19:
In my zeal and fiery wrath I declare that at that time there shall be a great earthquake in the land of Israel. (NIV)
Again, we find a very negative take on Netanyahu. Could the foundation of the father refer to Israel being reborn as a nation? If so, does this code mean that Netanyahu changes the boundaries of Israel as it currently stands?
Netanyahu (8)
A protest, Netanyahu, let the country be hers!
This codes reads like a crowd protesting some action of Netanyahu's. Country may be Israel, but it is not clear who her could be. In many languages, country names can be male or female. Perhaps hers refers to a country or a people group (Arabs or Palestinians?), or maybe Netanyahu will be succeeded by a woman.
Netanyahu (9)
He is rising with me, and his custodian is his worth.
Even Netanyahu in me is fasting for her.
Unlike the earlier codes, this code is from a more positive point of view regarding Netanyahu. It may be referring to Netanyahu as a custodian (of Israel?) and that he is fasting for her (also Israel?). Jacobi notes that the Hebrew for custodian also means mast, the central leading unit of a ship or sailboat. This word could illustrate Netanyahu's role of leading Israel through these turbulent times.
Netanyahu (10)
The knife of authority, and did the one who struck him
apply God's strike? Have they accompanied
the sensitive Netanyahu as a lamb?
Unfortunately, this code continues on an ominous, more negative note. Did the one who struck him apply God's strike? Just who are the one and him in this sentence? Will those who accompany Netanyahu be struck down?
The phrase accompanied . . . a lamb, brings to mind "like a lamb to the slaughter." TheFreeDictionary.com defines it as, "something that you say about someone who does something or goes somewhere calmly and happily, not knowing that something unpleasant is going to happen to them. Usage notes: This phrase comes from the Bible." Leviticus 14:13 reads,
He is to slaughter the lamb in the holy place where the sin offering and the burnt offering are slaughtered. Like the sin offering, the guilt offering belongs to the priest; it is most holy. (NIV)
In this context, the code reads disturbingly like those who accompany Netanyahu are going to be sacrificed in some manner.
Obama
We examined two different spellings of Obama's name. The first spelling only resulted in one extensions out of the five shortest finds. The second spelling resulted in two out of the five shortest. Obama (2.1) is listed above. Here are the other two codes:
Obama (1.1)
They sang. Have they imagined that they were hanging Obama?
Jacobi comments, "This reminds me of demonstrations in the Middle East and elsewhere where hated figures are often burnt in effigy." This code may illustrate a change in feeling toward Obama in the world. Rather than greeting him with open arms, this may indicate a time when he would be greeted with hostility. This code is all contained in Ezekiel 40:12, part of the description of the eastern gateway of the temple:
In front of each alcove was a wall one cubit high, and the alcoves were six cubits square. (NIV)
Obama (2.2)
They transferred to the sea the lad Obama.
This code could be a neutral comment, such as a comment on the travels around the world of Obama, or it could be a continuation of the negative comments of the previous code. In this case it could signal an effigy of Obama being thrown into the sea. This code passes through Ezekiel 40:28-39, a description of the gateways of the inner court and of where sacrifices were prepared.
Concluding Remarks
We set out to confirm whether or not Netanyahu and Obama codes intersect in Ezekiel 38:3, whether those codes had any extensions, and whether searches for Netanyahu and Obama that pass through Ezekiel 37-40 would result in any additional findings. The results: We found that the codes do indeed intersect, they did have extensions, and there were quite a few additional findings of significance. What caught us quite by surprise was the negative point of view that the majority of the Netanyahu codes had. Do these codes point to Netanyahu and Obama being significant figures in the End Times events? Only God knows the answer to that. However, it wouldn't take much imagination to envision that becoming the case.
