Crisis Clusters II:
Everything Has Its Time

In the September/October 2024 digest, we presented three clusters of codes from searches we've conducted over the last couple of years on a variety of topics making headlines in the news. In this article, we present the next three clusters on the topics of Barack Obama, the Global Financial Crisis, the Swine Flu, Global Crisis and Famine, and a variety of America-related search terms. After compiling the information on these clusters, we did some additional Obama searches, which have not been previously published. Nathan Jacobi, Ph.D., parsed and translated the codes.

Cluster Context: Everything Has Its Time

As with the last group of three clusters, this group also has a common theme in the context of the surface text that the codes cluster in. This theme is everything has its time.

Cluster Four: God Is Sovereign, Regardless of the Circumstance

Psalms 18:47-31:12; Letters Span: 866,282-872,324; Number of Letters: 6,042

The range of Psalms that this cluster covers begins with Psalm 18 describing God as the Sovereign Savior and ends with Psalm 31 describing the Lord as a Fortress in Adversity. In the midst of these chapters is Psalm 23:
    The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.

    He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters,
    he restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

    Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
    I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

    You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.
    You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.

    Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life,
    and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever. (NIV)

In all of these Psalms, we see that God is sovereign, regardless of the circumstance. So whether we are lying down in green pastures or walking through the valley of the shadow of death, God is omnipresent, omniscient, and omnipotent.

The opening sentence of U.S. Govt. (1), they will see the living running to the Father, echoes the picture of sheep running to the Shepherd for protection, and the crisis codes remind us that only God is sovereign over any crisis we face.

Six of the eight codes in this group are political in topic. The grouping of three Obama codes, two White House codes, and a U.S. Government code make this cluster quite remarkable. The entire Financial Market (1) ELS appears in this cluster and dominates the first two thirds of it. The three Obama codes dominate the last third of the cluster.

The following is a table of the codes in this cluster.

Cluster Four, Obama Codes

These newly researched codes intersect with Cluster Four and have not been previously published.

As with any person's name that we search for, there may be many people with that name that have lived or will live in the future. For the purpose of presenting these codes, we make comments that they may refer to Barack Obama, but they may reference someone else with the name Obama.

Cluster Four, Obama (A.1)

The liable Obama is rushed by her.

Cluster Four, Obama (A.6)

Let the market register that Obama is liable.

Curiously, two Obama codes in this group both use the word liable when describing Obama.

Jacobi notes regarding Obama (A.6), "My interpretation is that the code discusses the Obama economic recovery plan. While Wall Street is prospering, Main Street is in deep trouble, which is a direct violation of campaign promises and obligations."

The location of the name Obama in Cluster Four, Obama (A.1) is in Psalm 29:9-11.

The last two verses read:
    The LORD sat enthroned at the Flood,
    And the LORD sits as King forever.

    The LORD will give strength to His people;
    The LORD will bless His people with peace. (Psalm 29:10-11, NKJV)

The location of the name Obama in Cluster Four, Obama (A.6) is in Psalm 27:2-28:5.

The first three verses read:
    When the wicked came against me
    To eat up my flesh,
    My enemies and foes,
    They stumbled and fell.

    Though an army may encamp against me,
    My heart shall not fear;
    Though war may rise against me,
    In this I will be confident.

    One thing I have desired of the LORD,
    That will I seek:
    That I may dwell in the house of the LORD
    All the days of my life,
    To behold the beauty of the LORD,
    And to inquire in His temple. (Psalm 27:2-4, NKJV)

Looking at the three successive chapters that these two codes pass through, the topics and emotions discussed in them are relevant to dealing with the economic crisis.
  • Psalm 27: An Exuberant Declaration of Faith (No matter who or what comes against me, God is the strength of my life.)

  • Psalm 28: Rejoicing in Answered Prayer (Blessed be the Lord because He has heard my prayer. The Lord is my strength and protection.)

  • Psalm 29: Praise to God in His Holiness and Majesty (Give to the Lord, His Voice is powerful.)

Suggested Reading: Psalm 27-29.

Cluster Four, Obama (A.4)

The step of defeat is mine. My grandfather is with me.
Who has ruined his days, Obama?

If this entire code refers to Obama, then the question is, who is speaking? The first sentence sounds as though Obama may be speaking of himself regarding some sort of a defeat. The recent election of Republican Scott Brown to fill Ted Kennedy's seat in the Senate has been one such defeat. In the second sentence, my Grandfather may refer to his multi-cultural lineage. The last sentence sounds like someone speaking of Obama. Ruined his days may refer to the defeat mentioned in the first sentence. In both sentences, the defeat sounds as though it may be self-inflicted.

Cluster Four, Obama (A.8)

The dimension of Obama is a light for them.

The dimension of Obama may be description of Obama's influence through his office of president, or his persuasive speaking style. Is a light for them sounds like his influence is a guide for a particular group of people, which it has been for the Democratic Party.

Obama Cluster Four (B.4)

The proclamation was rushed, was present, and was crushing.
Take the arrow with ease, and don't yield, Obama.
He dug for the drops of the daughter, and was worried about it.
And let whoever is pregnant sit where the sorrow is his.
I have had enough.

This 63-letter-long code hints at a possible sex scandal involving Obama. The proclamation was rushed, was present, and was crushing may refer to news exposés. Take the arrow with ease, and don't yield, Obama sounds like the advice of a spin doctor. And let whoever is pregnant sit where the sorrow is his might refer to trying to paint the woman in a bad light, and I have had enough may indicate one of Obama's advisors quitting over the scandal.

Cluster Five: The Vanity of Life and Selfish Toil

Lamentations 2:19 through Ecclesiastes 12:12; Letters Span: 1,008,442-1,022,630; Number of Letters: 14,188

Note: In the Hebrew Tanakh (Old Testament), Lamentations comes right before Ecclesiastes. (See Comparing the Order of Books in the Hebrew Tanakh and Old Testament.)

The topics covered in this section of Scripture range from God's anger with Jerusalem and the vanity of life and selfish toil, to the value of diligence, wisdom, and seeking God. But in Ecclesiastes 3, we find the core message that everything has its time. This thought gives the following code some additional emphasis.

Financial Crisis (A4)

The financial crisis will cease.

Given the context of the cluster, we take that to mean there is a time for a financial crisis, and a time for it to cease, and God is sovereign over it all.

The following tables lists the codes in this cluster.

This cluster spans most of Lamentations and all but just a couple verses of Ecclesiastes. The table below shows the letter number and the code where the codes passes through this cluster. Note in the first half of the cluster the way that Financial Crisis (A4) and New York (4) intertwine.

Cluster Five, Obama Codes

These newly researched codes intersect with Cluster Five and have not been previously published.

Cluster Five, Obama (A.1)

Obama's heart is with me,
echoing the residents.

This code may be from a Democratic point of view, and may refer to the residents of hospitals or nursing homes who are looking to Obama for assistance with health care, or those who are in poverty, or the unemployed.

Cluster Five, Obama (A.3)

Obama, from every pad you will pick up a script,
including also from naysayers.

It is general knowledge that Obama uses a teleprompter when he speaks in public. This code may be referring to his preferred method of using a teleprompter or script in giving public speeches.

Cluster Five, Obama (A.4)

The story of my misery is pressing
and spreading, Obama!

Since this code intersects with a cluster of codes about economic crisis, it may refer to the plight of workers losing their jobs, or people losing their homes. This code ends in Ecclesiastes 6:2-6, where Obama's name appears.
    A man to whom God has given riches and wealth and honor, so that he lacks nothing for himself of all he desires; yet God does not give him power to eat of it, but a foreigner consumes it. This is vanity, and it is an evil affliction.

    If a man begets a hundred children and lives many years, so that the days of his years are many, but his soul is not satisfied with goodness, or indeed he has no burial, I say that a stillborn child is better than he—for it comes in vanity and departs in darkness, and its name is covered with darkness. Though it has not seen the sun or known anything, this has more rest than that man, even if he lives a thousand years twice—but has not seen goodness. Do not all go to one place? (NKJV)

The code echoes the surface text message of misery, emptiness, and affliction.

Cluster Five, Obama (A.5)

Obama is from my religion.

The media has reported incidents raising questions about Obama's religious faith. Is he a Christian or a Muslim? This code might be from either point of view, or it could be from a political point of view, saying he is aligned with a particular set of beliefs.

Cluster Five, Obama (A.9)

For his words are his feast, Obama,
and you will resonate with the one full of expression.

Here again is a code that may be describing Obama's persuasive speaking style. This code could refer to that or to the books he has written.

Cluster Five, Obama (B.1)

Let us hope that Obama's tent
includes Christ and the Lord.

This code appears to be from a Christian point of view. If Obama's tent is the White House, then this code would seem to express concern over whether or not, in his effort to be multi-cultural, Obama will remain ecumenical. Will he exclude customary observances that are Christian in origin (i.e., prayer, support of charitable and volunteer organizations that are Christian-based, etc.) while he resides in the White House?

In May 2024, Obama chose to sign the annual proclamation for a Day of Prayer, but refused to mark the day in the White House, as was the custom during the Bush Administration.

Atheists in the country don't support a Day of Prayer proclamation, urging the government not to "promote faith" of any kind.

Cluster Five, Obama (B.2)

Obama, where is the remaining glory
from the insurrection?

The use of the word insurrection in this code is disturbing. Dictionary.com defines insurrection as an act or instance of rising in revolt, rebellion, or resistance against civil authority or an established government. Add to that the remaining glory from the insurrection and the sentence is even more disturbing. What glory would come from a revolt at this time in the history of the U.S., and how would Obama be at the center of that revolt?

Alternatively, this code could refer to the public disappointment over the economic crisis and allegations of Obama's unfulfilled promises of jobs and change.

Cluster Five, Obama (B.9)

Remove the sect from his houses.
Obama is like water in vapor and is exposed.

This code may be from a Republican point of view. The word sect has several definitions. According to Dictionary.com, one definition of a sect is a group regarded as heretical or as deviating from a generally accepted religious tradition. In this code, the term could also be used for anyone opposing the majority point of view. His houses could refer to the House of Representatives and the Senate. If so, then the first sentence in this code could be saying, remove the heretics or people who oppose the Obama administration's agenda from the legislature. If this code is from a detractor's point of view, Obama is like water in vapor and is exposed could be describing Obama as an ineffective leader or as one who has no substance to him.

Cluster Five, Obama (B.10)

God will create balance in the ocean.
Has Obama called from the Lord?

God will create balance in the ocean may refer to the ecological health of the ocean, or to a balance of power between nations. The question has Obama called from the Lord? somewhat puzzled us, so we quizzed Jacobi to elaborate on it. He said it is asking whether Obama has called for something emanating from God. It does not specify anything further in the Hebrew about what that might be.

Cluster Six: Ministering Through Music and Making Atonement

1 Chronicles 6:9-45 [it goes to verse 59 in NKJV]; Letters Span: 1,106,151-1,107,328; Number of Letters: 1,177

At first glance, this chapter in 1 Chronicles just looks like a long list of names: the family of Levi, those appointed to be musicians in the House of the Lord, and the family of Aaron, but tucked in amongst the lists of names are a few verses that briefly explain the duties of these men. We include this cluster in the everything has its time grouping, because there is a time to make music, and a time to serve in other more routine capacities.
    Now these are the men whom David appointed over the service of song in the house of the LORD, after the ark came to rest. They were ministering with music before the dwelling place of the tabernacle of meeting, until Solomon had built the house of the LORD in Jerusalem, and they served in their office according to their order.

    And their brethren, the Levites, were appointed to every kind of service of the tabernacle of the house of God. But Aaron and his sons offered sacrifices on the altar of burnt offering and on the altar of incense, for all the work of the Most Holy Place, and to make atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the servant of God had commanded.—1 Chronicles 6:31-32, 48-49 (NKJV)

Again, given the context of the cluster, we take that to mean, there is a time for a financial crisis, and a time for it to cease, and God is sovereign over it all.

The following table lists the codes in this cluster.

The second half of this cluster is tightly packed over seven verses: 1 Chronicles 6:39-45 (Keys). These codes range from a direct hit to 36 letters apart. America (4) dominates the entire cluster.

In Cluster 6, a direct hit* (see above) intersects at letter number 1,107,292 in 1 Chronicles 6:44 in Keys to the Bible (1 Chronicles 6:59 in NKJV).
    And Ashan with its pasture lands, and Beth-Shemesh with its pasture lands. (Keys)

Cluster Six, Obama Codes

These newly researched codes intersect with Cluster Six and have not been previously published.

Cluster Six, Obama (A.4)

Lord, Obama has declined the Lord's crescent,
or the saliva will rejoice in it – in the seed of his sovereign.

As a symbol, the crescent is an ancient one used throughout Asia. It is also used in Hinduism (the deity Shiva wears it at the top of his hair); as a symbol on Slavic, English, and Canadian crests or shields; and as a symbol of the moon in science and silver in alchemy.

Though used as a secular symbol for Muslim rulers, it has become synonymous with the Islamic faith. For more information on crescent, see Wikipedia.

In the seed of his sovereign could be a description of Jesus.

This code could be referring to the controversy over whether or not Obama is a Muslim at heart, due to his upbringing, or a Christian as he professes.

Cluster Six, Obama (A.7)

Obama saw that his daughter was not there.
Where is her fire from? Let me see where.

Obama has two daughters, Malia Ann (born in 1998) and Natasha (called Sasha, born in 2024). Jacobi notes that if this code is referring to Barack Obama, it does not mean that one of the girls is missing, but merely that she is not where Obama expects her to be.

Cluster Six, Obama (B.4)

And as his habit with them, Obama is sweating
and dimmed by the one dwelling in grace.

This code may refer to Obama's exercise regimen. He is known for working out at the gym (weights and cardio) and playing basketball and golf.

Cluster Six, Obama (B.7)

Who is for him, that is for Obama?
My God was pregnant with him.

This code may be from a Democratic point of view. It sounds like a supporter of Obama saying God gave birth to him or sent him along at this time in history.

Cluster Six, Obama (B.8)

The stripes of Obama contain a map within me,
for me, for him, and within them.

Since Obama is the Commander and Chief of the armed forces of the U.S., perhaps the word stripes is used as it is in the expression, "earned his stripes." "This 1800s expression initially referred to a military promotion or award, indicated by strips of chevron or braid added to the recipient's uniform and known as stripes." (Joe-KS.com)

Concluding Remarks

We find it striking that in examining these three crisis clusters, the overall message of the context is unmistakable: Everything has its time and God is sovereign over all. As a possible tool for dealing with the crisis, we would encourage our readers to consider meditating on this message.
    To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven:
    A time to be born, and a time to die;
    A time to plant, and a time to pluck what is planted;
    A time to kill, and a time to heal;
    A time to break down, and a time to build up;
    A time to weep, and a time to laugh;
    A time to mourn, and a time to dance;
    A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones;
    A time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
    A time to gain, and a time to lose;
    A time to keep, and a time to throw away;
    A time to tear, and a time to sew;
    A time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
    A time to love, and a time to hate;
    A time of war, and a time of peace. (Ecclesiastes 3:1-8, NKJV)
